My Approach
My holistic, strength based and collaborative coaching & counselling approach includes a variety of modalities, including but not limited to; talk-therapy, narrative, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectal behaviour (DBT), somatic, breath work and psycho-education.

I believe that you know what works best for you. At New View you have the freedom to design a therapeutic structure that can allow you to explore new perspectives and create the space for you to experience individualized alignment to support your emotional, mental and physical health.
My Journey
For years I've identified with a variety of limiting beliefs; anxious, stuck, lost, inauthentic, people pleaser, flighty, rose-tinted, unemotional, overemotional, sensitive, numb... Through my own healing journey I've slowly shifted my perspective and allowed myself the space to get to know my thought patterns, emotions, boundaries and needs. I passionately believe that our perspectives can be an incredibly powerful tool to empower us to align our mental, physical and emotional health.

Based on Vancouver Island, I enjoy joining clients in sessions, hosting workshops, exploring beaches and woodlands and getting to know myself more and more every day.
